How Can severe Shin Pain Be Treated?

what are the terms and conditions?? shin injury... deep pain upon walking....reddness...1inch wide 2inches long going down shin ...bump1/2 high... halfway up tyhe shin...possible osteo mylietes....been on bactrin (sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim.) 2 each day....5 days...slight edema...bluish sortalight purple area at inside arch .on lower foot..no pain there...some distended veins at knee area...what are your conditions???

Hi,

You may be be developed hematoma or periosteal elevation due to injury. Use local pain killers or tablet Chymoral forte twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your orthopedician he will check for causes of swelling and treat you accordingly.
